future business or future employment. We use your name and email for direct contact only.
Do you want to know my credit card number and street address?
We do not ever collect credit card information, whether it be through this site or by email. Address information
is only requested in response to job postings, future employment forms, and future business forms.
What other information do you keep track of, about me?
We track the general traffic of users that view our website purely by hit counters. We do not collect any other information
except that voluntarily submitted by email or future employment forms or future business forms. In short if you have
not granted us right to some information, we have not taken it.
How do you use this information?
We use the website traffic information to determine the popularity of specific pages by seeing which ones are visited most often.
For all information submitted in forms or by email, only specific individuals at SAM, Inc. have access to such information
and it is used for the following reasons: Developing new business, considering a candidate for employment, answering questions
about website content, answering questions about SAM, Inc.

Absolutely not.
How do you make sure nobody steals my credit card information?
We do not ask for it, anywhere on this site, and never by email.
Do you share my information with other parts of your company?
For employment considerations- resumé's, forms, and other candidate information will most likely be shared with our Human Resources managers to recieve feedback on the best candidates. For Business considerations- information will be forwarded to the
appropriate department depending on answers to the requested questions. All information is shared on a need to know basis within
our corporate structure.
Do you share my information with other companies?
Absolutely not.
Do you sell my information to anyone?
Absolutely not.
What do you do if one of your employees violates my privacy?
We pride ourselves on the responsible attitude of all our employers, however in the event of a breach in our privacy policy
immediate action will be taken to 1) correct any conflicts that arise from the breach, and 2) identify the cause of the breach and,
if neccessary, any resulting disciplinary actions. Having said this all information submitted by any means through this website
should only be done so if the information is relatively free to be transmitted without harm to you. The use of this website
is free and therefore SAM, Inc. cannot monitor absolutely every piece of information submitted on an individual basis, and we certainly do not determine specific information to be kept in higher priority.
Can I see and change the information you have about me, personally?
Any changes to information submitted to forms can be updated by simply submitting a new form. If you wish your personal information
previously submitted to be removed from our databases please email our Webmaster and
request such removal. Include all information you wish removed and the approximate date of submission.
How can I start or stop receiving e-mail from you?
We do not send out spam mail to anyone. The only contact we will have by email is in direct response to an employment application or
business application.
How do you protect the privacy of my e-mails to your customer support team?
All information is treated with a need to know basis. We take care to ensure that only neccesary members of our team view and
have access to any information.
